Trainer, Coach, Respea initiator
French and polish, living in Germany since 1996. I worked 4 years as a lawyer for a french company in the energy sector, and developped increasingly project coordination activities. After working as a consultant for Metaplan in, I then took the direction of the programmes of the Centre Français de Berlin, a German-French NGO, where I worked from 2001 to 2007 and developed training and coaching concepts, especially for young people.
I created the RESPEA office in 2008 in Berlin as a trainer, facilitator and coach. I enjoy working with people and organizations with different histories, cultures and approaches.
